Dr. Rebecca Bixby, Research Assistant Professor in the Biology Department, is the newly appointed director of the UNM Water Resources Program. Dr. Bixby has been a long-time collaborator with the program, which is an interdisciplinary master's level professional degree program focused on the science and policies of water in the U.S. southwest.
