Biology 204L (next taught fall 2008) - Plant and animal form and function. This course is the fourth in our four-course core series. The emphasis of this course is to learn about the relationship between organismal structure and function, with particular attention to inquiry-based labs that allow students to learn concepts and the application of the scientific method.

Biology 402/502 (next taught fall 2007) - Global change biology. This upper division and graduate course emphasizes the mechanisms and consequences of global climate change.

Biology 405/505 (next taught spring 2008) - Ecosystem dynamics

An upper division course discussing principles of ecosystem function using the diversity of the LTER network for examples.
