General Information:
We welcome inquiries from prospective graduate students and postdocs interested in pursuing research in evolutionary genomics or experimental evolution using the nematode, Caenorhabditis elegans, as a model. Prospective graduate students have the option of (i) choosing a project from research topics currently being pursued by our group or (ii) devising their own project within the realm of our group’s research interests.
For postdoc queries, we strongly encourage the submission of an application in pdf format comprising a CV, statement of research interests and names of three recommenders. The pdf file comprising your application can be e-mailed directly to Vaishali Katju.
Prospective graduate students are required to file an official application of admission to graduate school with the Department of Biology at UNM.
