CURRENT RESEARCH INTERESTS
I am interested in using multidisciplinary
approaches to elucidate 1) mechanisms of
intermediate snail host and schistosome parasite interactions and 2) biology of
schistosome parasites in definitive mammalian hosts. The long-term goal of my
study is to develop innovative approaches for the control of schistosomiasis.
