present; SR characteristics: formed by an aggregate of ~15 granules; SP:
10-14 x 2-3, with ovoid nucleus 2.5-3 in diameter and situated between
slightly larger ovoid RBs. Distinctive features of
sporocyst: presence of SB, SSB and SR.
Prevalence: 4 of 42 (10%).
Sporulation: Exogenous. Oocysts
sporulated within 3-5 days in 2% aqueous (w/v)
potassium dichromate solution.
