| To understand how to develop our creativity |
| To identify our own goals and use them to guide innovation |
| Ground Rules: |
| 1. No wallflowers. Every student must speak and ask questions in every class. |
| 2. No stupid questions. There are no stupid questions except the ones that you don't ask. |
| 3. No fast answers. If you know the answer to a challenge, you should ask perfect questions. |
| 4. Safe environment. When we say, "no criticism," we mean no criticism. When criticism is invited, criticize the idea, not the person. |
| 5. Share your work. Bring your journals, notebooks, and sketchbooks to every class. |
